Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received it, including its original packaging and all accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and operational reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Cables or wires that have been cut, stripped, or unspooled.
• Items showing signs of physical damage, burning, or improper installation attempts.
• Clearance or sale items.

Return Process

1. Notify Us: Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reasons for the return.
2. Inspection: Once we receive the item at our Lagos facility, our technicians will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria.
3. Resolution: * If approved, we will process an exchange, issue a store credit, or refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• If the item is found to be damaged due to user error or faulty installation, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered, factory defect), OBest Electricals will cover the return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
